Shipping & Delivery
I am based in Lahore. How soon can I get my order?
Since we are based in Lahore, we offer Same Day Delivery for local orders placed before 6:00 PM. You can also visit our center for local pickup if your requirement is urgent.
Do you ship to other cities like Karachi or Islamabad?
Yes, we ship nationwide across Pakistan. Standard delivery typically takes 2–5 business days depending on your location.
How do you ensure fragile items (like glass or plastic cups) don’t break?
We use high-quality reinforced packaging and multiple layers of bubble wrap. We have a very high success rate for safe deliveries, but if an item does arrive damaged, we offer a 24-hour claim window for replacements.
Product Details & Compatibility
Will your vacuum pumps work with cups from other brands?
Yes. Our Professional Regular and Jumbo pumps feature a universal medical-grade silicone nozzle. They are designed to fit most standard wetting cups used in the industry.
What is the difference between the Regular and Jumbo Pump?
The Regular Pump is ideal for standard body cupping (Sizes 0–5). The Jumbo Pump has a larger internal barrel and reinforced seals, making it much more effective for large back cups (Size 6) and specialized curved cups that require higher air displacement.
Are your cups reusable?
For clinical Wet Cupping (Hijama), we strongly recommend our cups be used as Single-Use Disposables to maintain the highest hygiene standards. For Dry Cupping or Massage at home, they can be cleaned and reused for the same individual.
I see some items are “Out of Stock.” Can I still order them?
Items marked as out of stock are usually being restocked. You can contact us via WhatsApp to be put on a waiting list or to get an estimated arrival date for specialized equipment like the Electric Vacuum Machine.
Clinical Safety & Sterility
Are your needles and blades sterile?
Yes. Safety is our top priority. All surgical blades, acupuncture needles, and lancets are EO (Ethylene Oxide) Gas Sterilized and come in individual medical-grade blister packs.
What material are your cups made of?
Our cups are made from premium, high-transparency Polycarbonate. Unlike cheap plastic cups, these are crack-resistant and allow the practitioner to clearly monitor blood flow during the procedure.
